THE ORIGINAL CASTLE
It is one of the best restored castles in the area. Its solid brick walls and picturesque buildings give it a particularly evocative feeling. It was one of the last castles to enter the sphere of Arcevian influence and has a closeknit populated centre.
The church of S. Nicolo has an elegant, wooden, gilt dossal with five paintings by Ramazzani. Patrons of the risorgimento, the blessed Silvestrans Simone and Benvenuto were born here.
